Terms & Conditions

  • Carry in centre- You deliver and collect.
  • We do not install- An installer will be referred if required
  • All repairs will be quoted on first
  • Full payment must be made before we can start on a repair
  • Repairs carry a 3-month guarantee
  • We will advise if a repair is not economically feasible
  • Turn around time is an estimate and depends on availability of parts
  • We offer rental units (Subject to availability) if security is a concern while waiting for a repair.
  • We only do first year warranty repairs. Extended warranty repairs will be sent to the manufacturer or charged for.
  • Warranty repairs are subject to authorization from the manufacturer and copy of original invoice.
  • Warranty repairs for goods bought online carries a R 500 admin fee.
  • Warranty repairs for goods bought from another supplier or installer will be accepted with proof of invoice.
  • Warranty repairs are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a warranty repair
  • We do not re-assemble faulty goods. – You can request that the parts be returned to you. If you want the goods re-assembled, we can do so for a fee of R 250-00
  • Repaired goods must be collected within 48 hours. Alternatively, we charge a storing fee of R 10 per day.
  • Goods will be sold to settle account after 1 month.
